Welcome to the North West Community Church website!

At NWCC we believe in living life together and enjoying all it has to offer.  We believe that a life lived in a community of caring people with a connection to God gives us a life worth living.  We also believe that good coffee is essential to life & so we invite you to join with us as we enjoy life together. 

We meet weekly at Patricks Road Primary School Hall at 9am for some swinging jazz, great food and coffee, to catch up with and make new friends and to experience God together.  We also run a fun kids program during this time so don't forget to bring the little ones! 

All events advertised on our website are open to everyone so why don't you join us this week - we'd love to meet you!

Let Me Guess ...

... you like a cup of coffe that is professionally made? Or maybe your one for a sweet, hot tea? Or are you more on the 'herbal' side of life?  If you're not one of them, the only other explaination is ... you are obsessed with hot chocolate! Either way, we've got you covered!  Our Coffe Cart, located at Patricks Road State School and at our Sunday Services, will hook you up with exactly what you need!  Just so you know, we support a local chaplain with the profits made from the cart so you know where your coffee money is going!

Uganda Fundraising

The African people have captured our hearts and we have put our hands up to be part of the solution in the lives of children affected by the AIDS epidemic.  NorthWest Community church joins with churches accross Queensland and partners with a church in Kumi village in North Eastern Uganda to bring Gods hope and justice and a new way of life to these children.   We have a team going over to Uganda in December 2008 and January 2009 to build houses and create villages for children and their carers to live but to do this we need your help to raise money for these things.  Please go to www.cohad.org.au to see how you can assist.
